- As we stock Exclusive Childrenswear we usually only stock one item in each size. Although we try our best to ensure that our website is updated regularly we cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock permanently. We will notify you immediately should this arise.

Delivery within the UK
- Stock permitting all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We despatch all orders via Royal Mail Recorded (receipt within 2-3 days)
- All orders under £150.00 will be charged at £3.95
- Free Delivery on all orders over £150.00
Delivery within Europe
- Please contact us for delivery charges
- We offer a no quibble refund policy.
- You may return the item within 7 days of the receipt for a refund or exchange. Please let us know that you are making a return by emailing us at sales@dottielottie.co.uk confirming your details and the reason for the return.
- The goods must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all the labels and tags attached. Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke will not be refunded.
- Please note that we cannot give refunds on Christening and Occasion Wear unless faulty.
- Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please take care how the garment is packaged and that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or that fail to reach us.
- Please send any returns to: Dottie Lottie, 11 St Thomas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 1DY and enclose the shipping note.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable on unsatisfactory or unsuitable items.
- This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
