DeliveryDelivery within the UK
- Stock permitting all UK orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends & Bank Holidays).
- We despatch all UK orders via DPD Couriers (receipt within 1-3 working days). Some parcels will be dispatched by Royal Mail to Scottish Highlands & Irelands.
- All UK orders under £150.00 will be charged at £4.95.
- Free Delivery on all UK orders over £150.00.
- Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy or include more than one pair of shoes, particularly in the sale. You will be notified once you have placed your order & prior to despatch.
Store Collection
- Order online and collect from our Scarborough Store free of charge.
- Items collected more than 2 weeks after order will not be valid for a refund.
- A confirmation email will be sent to confirm that your order is ready for collection.
- To help us please let us know when you intend to collect your order.
Delivery within Europe
- All orders sent to the EU will be charged at £9.95.
- Stock permitting all EU orders are usually despatched withing 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends & Bank Holidays). We despatch all EU orders by International Signed For (receipt withing 4-7 working days). Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy or include more than one pair of shoes, particularly in the sale. You will be notified once you have placed your order & prior to despatch.
Delivery to the Rest of the World
- All orders sent to the Rest of the World will be charged at £14.95.
- Stock permitting all orders are usually despatched withing 24 hours of receiving your order (except weekends & Bank Holidays).
- We despatch all Rest of the World orders by International Signed For (receipt withing 7-10 working days). Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy or include more than one pair of shoes, particularly in the sale. You will be notified once you have placed your order & prior to despatch.
DISCOUNT/PROMOTION CODES
- Discount and promotion codes are valid on full price items only. Any disocunt will not be given on discounted or sale items.
- Minimum Deposits £10 per item - deposits are non-refundable
- Items must be paid for within 6 weeks of deposit paid, or you will lose the deposit & all monies paid.
- The price quoted when paying the deposit is the price you pay, if the item is subsequently reduced you will still pay the full price.
- Sale items or items reduced during a spectacular sale or similar will not be included in the payment plan.
RETURNS
- You may return items within 7 days of the receipt for a refund or exchange. Please let us know that you are making a return by emailing us at sales@dottielottie.co.uk confirming your details and the reason for the return.
- Clearance items that are reduced by more than 50% Off are exchange only.
- Additional postage will be charged if you require an exchange.
- If the goods are returned between 7 and 14 days from receipt then a re-stocking fee of 10% of the garment value will be charged.
- The goods must be unworn and in a saleable condition with all the labels and tags attached. Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn or smelling of smoke will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of your parcel. Please do not contact us before this as this may delay your refund.
- Please note that we cannot give refunds on Christening and Occasion Wear unless faulty.
- Returns postage is the customer’s responsibility. Please take care how the garment is packaged and that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged or that fail to reach us.
- Please send any returns to: Nichols, 2-3 St Nicholas Street, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO11 2HF and enclose the shipping note.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable on unsatisfactory or unsuitable items.
- This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
- Adults buying UGG AUSTRALIA from the Youth Collection need to be aware that the footbed is made differently from that of the Adult Collection, and we will not accept returns from the Youth Collection if an adult has worn them.
Complaints
Should you have any reason to complain about our service, we aim to deal with the matter fairly. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and attain to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. We will keep you informed at all times.
