How much do you keep in stock?

As we stock exclusive childrens and adult wear we generally only keep one of each size in stock. Although we try our best to ensure our website is updated regularly we can not guarantee we always have items in stock. We will notify you immediately should this arise.

What size should I order?

If you are unsure of which size to order don't worry.  Some brands differ in sizing and fit from others.  Please call us on 01723 500077 or email sales@dottielottie.co.uk for advice and measurements of the garment.

Is your website secure?

Yes. We have an SSL Certificate which means that transactions on our website are protected by the strongest available 128 bit encryption technology, used by over 400,000 websites worldwide.  Look out for the padlock symbol at the bottom of your screen whenever you are asked to submit payment details and notice the address change from http://www.dottielottie.co.uk to https://secure.dottielottie.co.uk.  These are both signs that the site is secure.

As all brands offer different advice, we always advise you to follow the instructions on the label.
